Server Rules and Policies

1. General Conduct

• Respect All Players: Discrimination, harassment, or toxic behavior of any kind is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to language, actions, and in-game behavior.
• No Cheating or Exploiting: Use of third-party programs that bypasses Gepard such as sickpots, xMafia and the likes, bots, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Exploiting bugs or game mechanics for an unfair advantage is also banned.
• Fair Play: Do not kill-steal, grief, or disrupt the gameplay of others. Respect other players' space and gameplay experience.
• No False Warping: Using unauthorized methods to warp to locations is strictly prohibited.
• Griefing: Intentionally disrupting or harassing other players' gameplay is not allowed.

1.1. Violation of General Conduct - polnt 2 Cheating or Exploiting. 

• 1st Offense: Account Ban
• 2nd Offense: IP Ban
• 3rd Offense: MAC Address (Hardware) Ban

SereneRO Admin Team will carefully evaluate submitted proofs.

2. In-Game Chat and Communication

• Language: English is the primary language of the server. Please use it in public chats.
• No Spamming: Spamming the chat with repetitive messages, advertisements, or unnecessary content is not allowed.
• No Advertising: Advertising other servers or non-affiliated services in-game or on any associated platform is forbidden.

3. Account Security

• Account Sharing: Sharing accounts is discouraged. The account owner is responsible for all actions taken on their account.
• Strong Passwords: Use a strong, unique password for your account. The server administration is not responsible for losses due to compromised accounts.
• Report Suspicious Activity: Immediately report any suspicious activity on your account to the server admins.

4. Trading and Economy

• Fair Trading: All trades between players should be fair and mutually agreed upon. Scamming will result in severe penalties.
• Real Money Transactions (RMT): Trading in-game items or accounts for real money is strictly prohibited.
• Marketplace Rules: Follow the established marketplace rules when buying or selling items. False advertising or price manipulation is not allowed.

5. Game Modifications

• Client Modifications: Unauthorized modifications to the game client that give players an unfair advantage are prohibited.
• Approved Mods: Only use modifications that are officially approved by the server staff.

6. Punishments and Appeals

• Punishments: Violating these rules will result in punishments ranging from warnings to permanent bans, depending on the severity of the offense.
• Appeals: Players may appeal bans or other punishments by submitting a ticket through the official support channels. Appeals will be reviewed by the server staff.
