1. War of Emperium Settings:
- Barricade HP has been lowered and returned to normal.
- Barricade can no longer be affected by SPP.
- Halter Lead cannot be used inside the Castle. Meaning if you entered with Halter Lead, you cannot dismount.
2. War of Emperium Skill Settings:
- Ankle Snare trigger is now instant. (Previously with 3 cells delay)
- PDFM now gets debuffed when player is dead.
- Stone Cursed chance from Earthbow has been reduced by 50%.
3. Introducing Guild Dungeon Instance (Finally! After several Iterations)
Register your guild to access Guild Dungeon by messaging any from SereneRO Team in Discord. Only guild leaders are allowed to register. We will be assessing your registration to ensure no exploits will be made and the access to guild dungeon is solely for guild supplies.
Location: Prontera ()
Cooldown: 7 Days
Can be reset up to 3 times using Guild Purification Stone. Clearing time: 120 minutes
- Only Registered Guilds can enter the Guild Dungeon.
- The first guild to reserve this dungeon will be allowed to enter, as long as their guild is registered. Note that guilds who try to grief by not leaving the dungeon after it is cleared will be penalized.
- The reward inside is called GD points to avoid overweight issues and can be exchanged for guild supplies.
- Only the guild leader is allowed to open the dungeon portal via the NPC. Once the portal is opened, the members can now enter the dungeon.
- There will be 5 stages inside the dungeon. Clearing each stage will give you GD Points.
- While inside the castle, the dungeon, you cannot leave or invite in a guild.
- If time runs out and the dungeon is not completed, participants will be automatically removed from the dungeon and will receive a 7-day cooldown.
The goal of the Guild Dungeon Instance is to help the guilds in their WoE and KoE supply needs. The shop will be available this Sunday. The supplies in the shop will only be accessible to WoE and KoE maps.
4. Introducing Monster Invasion - An Event for Individual Supplies (Of course, our contents are not solely for the Guild!)
Location: Prontera ()
Cooldown: 7 Days
Clearing time: 120 minutes
Schedule: Daily every 2:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
- A portal will open in Prontera where players can enter.
- There will be 60 monsters that will be spawned in a small map. The goal is to kill as many monsters to maximize the Monster Coin that you can acquire.
- Each monster will drop 1 Monster Coin.
- Monster Coin can be exchanged in the Monster Coin NPC located in Payon HQ. This NPC contains supplies for your individual needs which include Blessing and Agi Scroll Boxes, Acid Bomb Boxes, etc.
- Note that only normal attack is allowed inside the map.
5. Enhancing Security against 3rd Party Tools: Adelays Anti-Cheat System
We are committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all SereneRO players. We have implemented Adelays, a server-side system designed to block players from spamming skills faster than allowed by game mechanics. If ever someone is really persistent to bypass Gepard.
How Adelays Works:
- ASPD and Dexterity Checks: Ensures that players are not casting skills beyond their legitimate attack speed.
- Hitlocking State: Accounts for situations where players receive damage and cast skills afterward.
- Dancing State: Monitors movement between skills to prevent unfairly fast skill casting.
- Multiple Skill Detection: Detects and regulates scenarios where lag or bad ping causes multiple skills to be sent at once.
When a player is detected attempting to cheat, Adelays subtly slows down their casting speed, making cheating ineffective and preserving the integrity of gameplay.
This robust, server-side solution is unbypassable and ensures a balanced, competitive environment for all players.
