Experience and Death Penalty
- Upon death, players will incur a 1% penalty on both base and job experience. This mechanic adds a layer of challenge and encourages careful gameplay, especially in high-risk areas.
Ground Skills and Caster Death
- Ground skills such as Storm Gust and Firewall are immediately removed when the caster dies. This change makes tactical positioning and survival crucial in both PvE and PvP environments.
Item Pickup Grace Period
- The grace period for picking up dropped items has been increased from 3 seconds to 30 seconds. This allows players more time to loot in crowded or dangerous areas without the fear of losing their items to other players or despawning.
Muted Players
- Muted players retain the ability to use skills but cannot chat, open chatrooms, or vend. This ensures that disciplinary actions do not completely hinder a player’s ability to participate in gameplay.
Zeny and Rebirth
- Rebirth no longer requires zero zeny. Players can now rebirth without having to empty their wallets, streamlining the process and making it more convenient.
