Guild Supplies (Guild Dungeon)
SereneRO Guild Dungeon Guide and Mechanics
Welcome to the SereneRO Guild Dungeon, where guilds can earn Guild Dungeon Points (GD Points) for valuable supplies for War of Emperium (WoE) and King of Emperium (KoE) battles.
I. Access and Registration
- Guild Registration Required: To access the Guild Dungeon, your guild must be registered. Only guild leaders can register the guild by messaging any SereneRO admin via Discord. The SereneRO team will review your request to prevent any exploitative practices.
- Guild Bound: Access is limited to registered guilds, and supplies earned within the dungeon are stored in Guild Storage. These supplies are only usable during WoE and KoE events.
By registering your guild, you agree to the following rules:
Rules and Responsibilities
- Guild Leader Accountability: As a guild leader, you are responsible for the actions of your members. Any rule violations committed by your guild members will result in penalties applied to the entire guild.
- Mandatory WoE Participation: Since Guild Dungeon supplies are meant for WoE and KoE, registered guilds are required to participate in WoE. If your guild misses 2 consecutive WoE events, you will lose access to the Guild Dungeon for 15 days.
- No Dummy Guilds: Creating dummy guilds or using alternate characters to farm Guild Dungeon points is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to exploit this system will result in severe penalties:
- First Offense: Permanent account ban of involved characters and a Guild Points penalty for your main guild in Agit Lords.
- Second Offense: IP ban and disqualification of your main guild from Agit Lords.
Avoiding Exploits
Account-Wide Points Restriction: Guild Dungeon points are account-bound, meaning points earned are tied to the account rather than specific characters. To prevent abuse, an account should only earn Guild Dungeon points while participating with their main guild.
- No Multi-Guild Participation: Members of a registered guild cannot participate in multiple guilds to farm additional points. Each account should only earn Guild Dungeon points within their main guild during an active season. Switching between guilds to gain points is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.
GD Points Monitoring: SereneRO will monitor all Guild Dungeon point accumulation to detect suspicious activity. Guild leaders are responsible for ensuring that their members follow the point accumulation rules.
Penalty for Exploiting the Point System:
- First Offense: Immediate removal of all GD Points from the exploiting account, and the account will be permanently banned.
- Second Offense: IP ban and disqualification from all future guild-based events, including Agit Lords and WoE seasons.
Dungeon Access Rules
- Free Entry: Your guild is entitled to 1 free access to the Guild Dungeon.
- Reset Stones: After the free entry, the dungeon can be reset up to 3 times using Guild Purification Stones (1000 Roks per Guild Purification Stone).
- Instance Reservation: Only one guild can reserve the dungeon at a time. Once inside, the guild must clear the dungeon within the time limit or leave when finished.
Dungeon Structure
- The Guild Dungeon consists of 5 stages, each with a specific GD point reward:
- Stage 1: 1 GD Point
- Stage 2: 1 GD Point
- Stage 3: 1 GD Point
- Stage 4: 2 GD Points
- Stage 5: 3 GD Points
- Maximum Points: Up to 8 GD Points can be earned per run, and these are distributed per guild member.
Dungeon Mechanics
- Time Limit: Each dungeon run has a 120-minute time limit to clear all stages.
- No Item Drops: While mobs and bosses do not drop loot, they contribute to earning GD Points and Guild Supplies.
- GD Points Usage: GD Points are accumulated by individual guild members and can be used for strategic advantage during WoE and KoE.
Supply System and Restrictions
- Guild Supplies: Supplies earned in the dungeon can only be used for WoE and KoE, designed to assist guilds in maintaining their supply chain. The server will subsidize 70% of the required supplies, with the remainder being up to the guild.
Exchange Rate
5 GD Points = 1 Guild Supply Box
Each box contains the following:
100 | Bottle Grenade, Acid Bottle (For Acid Bombs) |
90 | White Slim Potion |
80 | Yellow Gemstones |
2 | Glistening Coat (lol) |
These supplies can be stored in the Guild Storage. If these supplies are not stored in the Guild Storage (meaning, the supplies are in the player's inventory), the supply will be deleted when the player leaves the guild.
Best Case Scenario for the Guild:
If all 20 members participate in the Guild Dungeon, completing 4 runs in total, and you store all the supplies in the Guild Storage, here’s the total amount of supplies that will be available for the guild:
Total 128 Guild Supply Boxes:
Item | Per Supply Box | 128 Guild Supply Boxes (Total) |
Bottle Grenade, Acid Bottle (For Acid Bombs) | 100 | 12,800 Bombs |
White Slim Potion | 90 | 11,520 Slims |
Yellow Gemstones | 80 | 10,240 Yellow Gemstones |
Glistening Coat | 2 | 256 Glistening Coats |
Cooldowns and Resets
- Cooldown Period: After completing a dungeon run, your guild will enter a 7-day cooldown before accessing the dungeon again.
- Bypass Limit: Up to 3 bypass can be made using Guild Purification Stones to re-enter the dungeon during the cooldown period.
Location
- The Guild Dungeon can be accessed in Prontera 120 105. Specific coordinates will be given upon guild registration.
Final Notes
- Guilds should ensure that they manage their time efficiently to clear all stages within the 2-hour window.
- The first guild to reserve the dungeon gets priority entry.
- Griefing by overstaying in the dungeon will be penalized.
